Update websocket libs and so on ( #161 )

* version of lib websocket has been return to old version 2.4.2
* freetype lib has been confirmed as static lib
* delete unused librarys ( webpdecoder.dll, vorbisenc.dll etc )
* rename uv dir as the old version.
